According to Simon, despite the legal prohibition of cannabis, law enforcement officers generally adopt a lenient attitude towards marijuana, with some even being cannabis enthusiasts themselves.
What are the consequences of being caught with marijuana in Madrid?

Although I personally didn’t face any issues with obtaining cannabis in Madrid thanks to Simon, he did enlighten me about the process (and not just related to cannabis).
